It started when I gave up of searching for baker who willing to make customized both cake and cream using special sweetener. As my oldest son allergic to cane-sugar, it’d been five years for always skipping to taste the cake and let others enjoying it after blew the candle. What kind of birthday was that… , I wondered.
Then I came up with the idea that nobody would make such cake but his own mom. So, that‘s how experience began….
I dedicated this site to the people who have alergic children, we are the same shoes! Also to my deceased mami who influenced me in some other way and left plenty of special old recipes for me…may you rest in peace.
